Alkalinity Builder- Corrosion Inhibitors:
Corrosion is a term that indicates the conversion of a metal into a soluble compound. It can lead to failure of parts of boiler systems, deposition of corrosion products in critical heat exchange areas and total efficiency loss. The solution for it are corrosion inhibitors which are oftenly applied. For example, Alkalinity Builders which increases the ph in water to avoid corrosion.
Scale is the precipitate that forms on surfaces in contact with water. Some examples of scale are calcium carbonate, calcium sulphate, and calcium silicate.
Scale inhibitors are surface-active negatively charged polymers. As minerals exceed their solubility's and begin to merge, the polymers become attached.
Examples of scale inhibitors are phosphate esters, phosphoric acid and solutions of low molecular weight polyacrylic acid.
Disinfectants kill unwanted organism in water. A comon example is chlorine or Chlorine dioxide ClO2 which is used as a primary disinfectant for surface waters with odor and taste problems. Colors blended in the industrial effluent is removed using our low molecular weight and high charge density cationic product. Being highly effective and reliable, it quickly remove the color from printing and dyeing effluent and can be utilized singly or along with inorganic coagulants and anionic flocculation.
Municipal Sewage Treatment:
Where low molecular weight cationic product is used for the removal of color from industrial effluent, high molecular weight anionic products are used for the treatment of municipal waste water treatment. Commonly, it used in combination with coagulants, which increases its effect by reducing up to 80% to 90% TDS content, 70% COD value, and 60 to 80% BOD at just one stage thereby reducing the load of biological treatment facility up to a high extent. The advantage of our product just not get limited but it also prevent biological reactor from any shock. Use of high molecular weight anionic products along with coagulants assure strong control over excessive load on the plant and increase the sludge compaction. As organic load is also reduced, demand for oxygen reduces thereby saving operational cost and power.
Sludge De Watering:
Moisture content present in the sludge is minimized using technically advanced mechanical de-watering equipment. Thus, sludge cake developed at unit has less moisture which is economical to dispose. Less volume of the cake reduce logistic cost and quick bio degradation. It is evident with the use of high molecular weight non-ionic or anionic or cationic product that augment the performance of unit.
